As a Christian community, we want to give thanks for God’s faithfulness over the past twelve months and look forward with hope to all that God has in store for us going forward! Please mark your calendars to join us at our upcoming Annual General Meeting on Sunday, October 19, at 12:30 pm.

Vestry is a meeting where we pass the upcoming annual budget and elect leaders for our Board of Trustees. There will be childcare available by our Kids’ Ministry, and a light lunch will be provided. Written Notices of Motion must be submitted to the office by October 13 at 12 noon. Voting members are described as follows, according to Canon 14 – Vestries:

• has been a member of the Anglican Church of Canada and of this congregation for at least three (3) months
• has attended regularly scheduled services of worship with this congregation at least three (3) times in the past year
• is of the full age of sixteen (16) years
• has not voted as a member of any other vestry during the previous three (3) months, nor intends to vote in any other vestry during the ensuing year
