ESL at St. Paul’s
Torontonians speak the most languages of any city in Canada, with over 150 languages represented, and this diversity is reflected in our congregation. As a way of loving our broader community, we’re committed to helping people improve their skills in English.
Holy ESL!
This group is for intermediate and advanced English learners who are interested in learning English as a Second Language (ESL) using the Bible through a faith and spiritual perspective.
Each season of Holy ESL will cover relevant topics related to the Bible or Christian faith. Let’s delve into the beauty and power of the English language as it relates to your spiritual journey.
Holy English is free, and you don’t need to be a Christian. All and any faith is welcome, so come ready to engage in thought-provoking conversations and deepen your understanding of both language and faith.
