Sunday Services

All are welcome and we really mean that. Maybe you haven’t been to church in a long time, a really long time, or maybe you have never been before. Please join us on a Sunday morning, dressed as you want with as many questions as you may have.

Worship Styles

We have three services of worship on Sunday mornings and you are welcome to come experience each of them, regardless of where you are on your spiritual journey.

8:15am Quiet Worship

This quiet, traditional service is held in the Chapel of the Good Shepherd. We worship and share communion using the Book of Common Prayer. Please join us each week for coffee and conversation in the library afterwards.

9:30am The Bridge – Relaxed Worship

The relaxed service of worship is held in the Great Hall and blends the best of modern and classical music, prayers and teaching that is biblical and relevant to everyday life. We share in the bread and wine each week in communion. The Bridge community is made up of a diverse group of people who are learning how to follow Jesus. Those who are spiritually searching join together with those who are growing as followers of Jesus. There are lively and growing children and youth ministries, and we connect over coffee after the service. Come dressed as you want, and feel free to bring your latte and drink it as you wait for the service to begin.

11:00am Classical Worship

This historic Anglican service of worship connects our present, living faith with those who have worshiped God faithfully for centuries and is held in our main sanctuary. All are welcome, wherever you are on your spiritual journey. Come dressed just as you want for this vibrant service with choral music, hymns, biblically relevant sermons and prayers. We alternate between services of Holy Communion and Morning Prayer. There are vibrant youth and children’s ministries at the same time. Please join us after the service for coffee in the atrium or a reasonably priced lunch in the Great Hall.

7:00pm reconnect community

reconnect community is a new church community of people in their 20s and 30s who meet in the Great Hall at St. Paul’s every Sunday evening at 7 pm. It is particularly designed for those with little or no church experience, with conversational teaching and discussion in a relaxed café setting with live music and a great community.

What to expect

If you come for one of our services an usher will give you a service leaflet (to help guide you through the service), help you find a seat and answer any preliminary questions you may have. Don’t worry if you don’t know when exactly to sit or stand (its not really that important), and only join in the service when you want to….we are glad to have you with us.

After the service you can visit our Community Concierge desk in the atrium to fill out a visitor card, sign up for any of our programs or get answers to some questions you may have. If you want to find out more about what it means to be a part of St. Paul’s then click here to find out about our newcomers programs. If you are spiritually searching or want a refresher course on the Christian faith then check out our Christianity 101 course.
