GriefShare

If you have lost a loved one, this 6-week series offers support and fellowship through the grieving process. The series is a biblical approach to the deep hurt from the finality of death.

Topics include living with grief, the effects of grief, the uniqueness of grief, stuck in grief and God’s prescription for grief.

You are welcome to begin attending the GriefShare group at any point in the series and you do not have to attend in sequence. You will be able to continue with GriefShare through the next series and view any content you may have missed.

Each session begins with an instructional video followed by informal group discussion. A participant workbook accompanies the series and is available for $15. Scholarships are available.

GriefShare: Surviving the Holidays

The Christmas holiday season is often a time of great excitement. But this year, the thought of facing the holidays without your loved one may cause anxiety and dread. St. Paul's is offering a free session of Surviving the Holidays for those who need support this holiday season.

Topics include how to find strength, emotions that may surprise you over the holidays, preparing for the holidays, focusing on the true meaning of the season, and how to use the holidays to heal.

The session will begin with an instructional video followed by confidential and supportive group discussion.
