Gary Ford

Gary Ford and his family are long-term attendees of St. Paul’s. He is married to Bonny and has three daughters, three sons-in-law and one grandson.The whole clan converges on St. Paul’s on Sundays whenever possible. Bonny and Gary are daily Life Journal devotees, which is a form of personal bible study and prayer that has brought a huge source of inspiration and guidance to their lives.

Gary is an electrical engineer and a principal of a small consulting firm called PowerNex Associates Inc. Before co-founding PowerNex, Gary worked for Ontario Hydro and its successor companies in System Planning and Research. He also taught power systems analysis to fourth year engineering students at the University of Toronto for a couple of years.

Gary received a B.Sc. (Eng), M.A.Sc. and Ph.D. Degrees in Electrical Engineering from Queen’s University, the University of Toronto and Waterloo University respectively and is a registered professional engineer in Ontario.
