Janet Earle has been serving as Children’s Minister since 2004 and delights to see growth in the children and in the ministry. She sees this Children's Ministry as planting the seeds of God’s Word in the soil of children’s lives. Thankfully that soil is most often rich and fertile.

Janet and her husband Will have attend and served at St. Paul’s Bloor Street since 1986. They have three children attending University. Her Christian journey got started at a summer camp many years ago but it was in-depth Bible study that began to transform her life. She is an engineer by training, was a stay-at-home mom for many years, and then surprise – a new and challenging role for her at St. Paul’s.

Janet is so appreciative of the team of people who serve with her each week. They have fun together and look upon ministry as a privilege not an obligation. Even more fun than the team are the children and the opportunity to get to know them.

Serving at St. Paul’s not only involves leading in the Children’s program but also being a part of the Ministry Team. Janet loves the challenge of working together in unity, and growing as a Christian leader.

Precious moments include those when Janet makes a special connection with the children in large group. She is happy to put on a goofy costume for drama time at the Bridge and loves compliments on her Fruit Loops necklace.

She looks forward to seeing the seeds that are being planted sprout and grow into strong and healthy plants under God’s love & grace.
