Connect Four

Most of us remember the classic game CONNECT 4.  Each player strives to line up four coloured discs all the while trying to stop and block their opponent from doing the same.  In the end, whoever can “CONNECT 4”, wins!

Life isn’t a game, and yet we all know what it's like to make plans and feel frustrated.  To strive for success, only to experience defeat.  We all long to feel connected - connected to others, and connected to God - but how do we get there?

This September at St. Paul’s we want to help you get connected!  Over four weeks we will look at four ways to make meaningful connections in our lives.  We can connect through WORSHIP, through CONNECT GROUPS, through SERVING, and through GENEROSITY.  When we get these four priorities right, our relationships will feel more connected, and our lives will feel more aligned.  So, join us this fall and let’s CONNECT FOUR!

Welcome Sunday - September 8: Following each of the services, you can connect or reconnect with each other over treats and refreshments. Children are invited to have fun at our Children’s Carnival happening in Cody Hall after the 9:30 and 11 am services.

Connect Sunday – September 15:  Connect Groups – Next week is all about connecting beyond Sundays and learning about connect groups. You’ll be able to meet connect group leaders and members, view our new online group directory, and sign up for a connect group.

Serve Sunday – September 22: This week, you can meet new people, help us fulfill God’s vision for St. Paul’s, and view all the current opportunities for serving based on your skills and schedule.

Generosity Sunday – September 29: How do I give during tough financial times? How much do I give? Where does the money I give go to? Your most common questions about giving will be answered this week, so you can confidently and generously give in response to all that God has provided you.
