Matt is the reconnect and outreach minister at St. Paul’s. Since coming to St. Paul’s Matt has really enjoyed working with our youth and leaders in our growing youth ministry. There is a great sense of community and fun when our youth group gathers on Sunday mornings to learn about God, which Matt loves being a part of.

He has also been thankful for his time with our outreach committee and the many outreach ministries at St. Paul’s. Matt has always appreciated the chance to put is faith into action by serving others and finds it fulfilling to provide the opportunity for others to do the same through St. Paul’s.

Matt and his wife, Laura, live with their golden retriever, Sasha, in North York. He has a pastor’s heart and loves to teach. He is also an avid Toronto Blue Jays and Raptors fan but takes pride in NOT being a Maple Leafs fan! Matt has always enjoyed playing and watching sports, listening to good music and hanging out over a cup of coffee. He is a graduate of the University of Guelph’s theatre program, has his M-Div from Wycliffe College and is a candidate for ordination in the Diocese of Toronto.
