Children’s Ministry seeks to be a place for children to have fun, enjoy being together and learn about God. We nurture and care for children from birth to Grade 5 in a safe and warm environment, located upstairs in Cody Hall in spacious, new facilities. Visitors and new families are always welcome so please come up to meet us.

The Children’s Ministry team is a group of enthusiastic volunteers led by Janet Earle, Children’s Minister. Together they bring the children in contact with God’s truth and love to grow faith in Jesus. You will find us on Sunday mornings up the stairs on the second floor of Cody Hall.

Our Nursery is the perfect place for your little one if you are looking for some quiet adult time to be part of one of our Sunday morning services or programs. Carol Charoo (Early Childhood Educator) will make sure that your precious bundle is treated with special care. Nursery care for babies and the Toddler Room are available Sundays from 9:00 am to 12:30 pm.

The Toddler Room is a safe and warm place for little ones to play and learn in ways that fit with their age. The God Loves Me program introduces younger children to Bible stories through songs and picture books.

During the Bridge at 9:30am, children ages 4-7 will have fun learning Bible stories, through music, activities and simple crafts.

Come before 11:00 am to join the children playing together and getting to know one another. Each week our program begins with a welcoming large group time where we gather together to learn, celebrate, and worship God. The children then join their teachers in small groups with children their own age to find out more about what faith can mean in their lives. We teach with the Walk With Me program which instills Bible truth and makes learning fun.

Children’s Ministry will host special events throughout the year. Check the Worship section of the website for a listing of special events. We care for children each Sunday including the summer months but close between Christmas and New Year's.
